I have purchased two sofas which open and turn into bed from Mor Furniture last year. I have complaints about the furniture after the 1st month. I kept complaining about it for 1 year. It has been repaired 3 times but furniture still squicks and springs are still unconfortable and hurts your back when you sleep on it or sit on it. I tried to return the furniture before warranty expired, they kept telling me that they can fix it.
