Employees and management

Someone I know works for Sallys in Easton, PA and the manager in the store should not be manager... She can not handle any issues that arise in the store amongst employees. She has already lost one good employee and is on the brink of loosing a 2nd. She doesnt repremand the employees who are the problems... but she does repremand the ones who are doing their jobs and that she can count on to come in when no one else will! The employees who work there are young, and they act as if they are in High School! Drama, Drama, Drama. I refuse to even go to this store anymore, because of most of the employees attitudes, as they do not seem to want to help you...you are taking up their time... THis company really has to do a reboot on their management and employeessss... when you start loosing good employees...and the bad ones stay...evaluate...look for the source...OPEN YOUR EYES!

poor customer service

I went in to the store on Aug 23, 2008 to receive a credit because I was charged three times for an item. I came in with my bank statement to show the cashier where i was charges three times and she said that "this happens all the time and its not their fault and that it was my banks problem. I said I want my refund now of 10 dollars and she said well it won't be today.
