Someone I know works for Sallys in Easton, PA and the manager in the store should not be manager... She can not handle any issues that arise in the store amongst employees. She has already lost one good employee and is on the brink of loosing a 2nd. She doesnt repremand the employees who are the problems... but she does repremand the ones who are doing their jobs and that she can count on to come in when no one else will!
