The worst customer service ever ! DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG BLU-RAY DISC PLAYER unless you want to spend the next several months of your life trying to get the unit corrected or replaced !! NO EXTENDED WARRANTIES WILL HELP YOU! I have been trying to get my BDP3600 repaired / replaced since January 12th, 2010. Today is March 31st, 2010. Now told it will take 7-14 business days to "process" my exchange. Samsung has had the unit now half of the entire time since I purchased the unit. Problems are movies freezing up during play, unit stops responding to it's own remote or via AnyNet through a Samsung Plasma display. Frequently have to remove power from the unit, power on again. Often causes the Samsung Plasma TV to reset without warning. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, their customer service is an absolutely nightmare !!
