The worst customer service ever ! DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG BLU-RAY DISC PLAYER unless you want to spend the next several months of your life trying to get the unit corrected or replaced !! NO EXTENDED WARRANTIES WILL HELP YOU! I have been trying to get my BDP3600 repaired / replaced since January 12th, 2010. Today is March 31st, 2010. Now told it will take 7-14 business days to "process" my exchange. Samsung has had the unit now half of the entire time since I purchased the unit.
