cell phone repair
respected sir,
I m jyoti, I brought a cell phone for 1 year ago 2/05/09 model no.sgh-b220 (rsn no.355104020246055) it mean this is in warranty period I gave my cell phone in cutomer service centre in faidabad, but they r not responding fora 1 month n there staff also good trat with a customer all are nonsence n affff...
I m telling to every one they doesnt purchase a samsung cell phone ...finally I will declare also in news paper n I will go to consumer court I fructurate of ur consumer service centre ...
plz u can responding of my mail very fast

laser printer model ML-2240/XAA
I bought a brand new printer the 9th of jan.2010 at Future Shop in Lasalle Qc. it worked perfectly until a few days ago when it abruptly stopped printing. I did the usual things suggested by the `Trouble shooting`directory, but nothing happens. On the 18th of this months I contacted the 1.800 No to speak to a technician, after multiple put on hold, I ended up with a 3 way conversation - never with the technician him/herself. However, I followed the instruction given - namely to move the toner cartridge back and forth - and try again - no result. I even took the cartridge out - with no result.
The next day - yesterday the 19th/02/10, I called again, finally spoke to a technician who after more of the same moves plus taking out the USB, decided that the printer was malfunctioning and not my computer !
He wants ME to take my brand new printer to a 50 km away place / or send it to Ontario to be repaired !!!
A company - proud of its name and service - would have replace or refunded the merchandise. I could have easily gone to Future Shop, exchange or get a refund - to me that would have been the sensible thing to do.
NO MORE SAMSUNG E V E R FOR ME.

faulty camera
Good day I have received the samsung s630 as a gift from my children but it just suddenly stopped working .
I am needless to say very angry as this camera holds not only monetary but sentimental value.
If we are meant to buy through away cameras then surely the prices should reflect this. I have taken it
to be repaired but it just came back not working still. please help this is an outrage!

Between best buy and samsung I dont know who is worse
I have been trying to get my washing machine fixed for a month now, between best buy and samsung I dont know who is worse. If i ever get it fixed my shadow will not darken there door again.

Capacitor/Screen Shadow
My two year old SAMSUNG TV Model # LNT4661FX started clicking on and off and a shadow appeared on the screen. I called SAMSUNG Support who told me there was a problem with that model number. They sent a technician to my house who replaced the component causing the on/off clicking sound. The shadow remained on the screen. The technician called SAMSUNG and they told him they (SAMSUNG) would not pay for the screen repair. It is very evident the capacitor caused the screen to shadow. I called SAMSUNG Executive Branck on 17 Feb 2010. They told me they would not cover the screen problem. I paid $1800.00 for the TV. The capacitor caused the screen problem. SAMSUNG should stand behind their product. "NEVER AGAIN SAMSUNG".

not switching on itself

Issue with New Refrigerator
Have purchased a Samsung 321L Refrigerator just '10 days' back. But it has problems in louvers. Cooled air is not coming into bottom cabinet. The dealer is asking to wait for Samsung to provide replacement / repair. Have been calling Samsung for past 10 days without any proper response. This is with a new item and inspite of that this is the response from both Samsung and Best. Hope the complaint in the forum reaches right people in Samsung, Best and also Saudi Consumer Complaint department.
