Terrible product/service
this has been the biggest mistake i ever purchased...this dishwasher has NEVER worked in the 3 mos I have owned it, purchased at Best Buy and the installation was insane - it's worse than the cheapest piece of junk made and cost close to $900...i have a pile of broken glasses that have fallen over in the ridiculous design of the top rack and sediment (presumably old food?? yuck!) is GLUED to the inside of all glasses and dishes on EVERY wash - even on 3+ hour heavy duty cycle...now, I have a blinking SE message...to top it off, Samsung has yet to reply to any of our attempts to contact them - wrong time zone I guess...I hate this appliance...my 10 year old Maytag was a GEM - it's only fault?: it wasn't stainless outside...had I known what I'd be up against, I would have dealt with the white exterior...i shouldn't have dishpan hands at this price!

Bad driver support
The Samsung reclaim is a relatively new offering from Samsung. My wife likes the phone just fine, but Samsung doesn't support connecting the phone to Windows 7, a product which came out less than 3 months after the release of the phone. If we didn't have a 32 bit PC in the house she would be SOL.

Our family received a Samsung digital camera (S860) for a Christmas gift last year. The camera is still brand new, never hardly used, now it is freezing up, not taking pictures, not turning on etc, We don't have a receipt, I called them and the said, sorry out of warranty, not even a year yet!!! I asked how much to fix, the quoted $160.00!!! Can you believe this. I even asked Leslie what she would do, she understood my compliant but said Samsung's policy can't do anything about it. We cannot afford this right before Christmas!! What can I do?????? A person would think that a company worth millions could help us out, I'm very upset with Samsung!!!

Warranty Service
I sent a customer repair for a warranty claim to Samsung's New service plaza having had nothing but trouble with phonetech in Nunnawadding sending all my repairs to the wrong place. My first repair sent to the plaza in Vermont was fine. They sent it back fixed and freight free as per Samsungs clause 5 in their terms of warranty.
It all went pair shaped when I sent a second repair and was phones when it was ready to say I would have to pick it up or pay to have it returned. THat goes against the Australian trade practices act and the fair trading act and Samsungs warranty terms. THey refused to co-operate. I called Samsung customer service who were basically rude saying I have to pay freight and that Samsung isn't a freight company. This is despite their warranty terms saying that they will arrange frieght at no cost to me.
This is a very poor performance by Samsung.
