Bad conditioner
I purchased a Samsung window air conditioner, Model AWO6ECB7XAA, from Lowes on October 23, 2007. I paid extra for an extended protection plan.

Seven months later I called the Samsung number, 1-888-775-6937 to report that it was not emitting cold air.

Their local authorized service dealer, Class Appliance Center, picked it up for repair on May 10, 2008. After keeping it for 7 weeks and three days, it was delivered and installed back into my window on July 2, 2008.

Same problem as before - - - no cold air. The delivery person, took it back to Class Appliance Center for more work.

Why was I not offered a new replacement unit?

Refrigerator
I have had a Samsung refrigerator for just under 3 years now. I am currently awaiting repairs for the SECOND parts failure. The fan failed about 3 months ago. Now the compressor won't kick on. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!! How can a fan and compressor go out after only 3 years?! The design for these parts haven't changed in 50 years -- except that cheaper materials are now obviously being used. Given that I can have my choice of about 20 'fridges from the local recycling newspaper for $300 or less, I doubt that I'll bother to replace the compressor, if they decide they want to charge me, rather than it being covered by the factory.

Fraud and cheating
I bought a Samsung refrigerator model # RS2545SH on March 2008, just after 2 months the fridge stopped working!! The temperature of the fridge went to 60, all my food is spoiled now! I do not know what to do because I bought it on COSTCO and I lost the receipt, does anybody know where can I complain? Thanks!

66cm LCD TV
I purchased a brand new Samsung 66cm LCD TV for a present for my partner. From the very first time we used the TV it has not worked properly. About every 5 or 10 minutes the TV will just automatically shut off and then take a minute or so to reboot. This was very dissapointing as it was a gift and I expected that when I bought a brand new product it would actually work.

I have phoned Samsung and organised for a repair person to fix the TV, although after they replaced two new parts it still does not work properly. So now I am waiting on another repair person to come and fix it.

They say that they can not replace my TV until they have attempted to fix it three times. This is ridiculous. They expect me to take time off work so I can stay at home while they repair the TV. It is such a waste of time, I didn't purchase a brand new TV to have to deal with this. It will be the last Samsung TV I will ever purchase.

Consumer wishes
I like the Samsung cell phone because it has lots of security in messages, pics, media, etc... but the only thing I don’t like in Samsung are...I can't put games to download, I can't put themes that I can decorate in my cell phone, not like in Nokia cell phones I can put lots of graphics and design, I can change the colour and font size while I text. I hope the company will put a website that I can download themes (handset themes in my cellphone...SGH-G800). I like small font while I make txt messages and change the background. I hope the company will make the customer happy.

Refusal to mend a broken phone after 4 months delicate use
I bought a samsung mobile phone from Argos in dec 07, by April 08 the screen was unreadable, i hadn't dropped it, got it wet or anything, it literally went potty on its own free will. Argos sent it away saying it would take 14 working days to be mended, oh yes they then contact me after I have waited two weeks to say they would charge me £74 to fix it or I could graciously accept it back unfixed! I think not! I will take it up with head office and then use my customer rights.

I bought I samsung refrig. a little over 2 yrs. ago, about 4-6 ago, the refrig. temp. started rising, beside the fact that the water dispenser hasn't worked for a while, ( thought it might be the $40.00 filter so we replaced it, and it didn't change anything).we need the refrig. to keep the food cool. We took off the back panel and the coils were fozen, we took a hairdryer and for hours defrosted the coils, the refrig. worked for a few months, but now we are going through the same problem, the temp. is blinking and rising and we are losing food, and can't buy food for the refig. I will never buy anything again with the name samsung, thought this name brand would be reliable. When you buy a brand new frig., you would think that it would last at the least 10-15 yrs.

My bad experience
I being fool for Samsung suck and terrible service regarding for my refrigerator... my goodness, my fridge only brought for 4mths.

My horrible experience and let me no more trust for SAMSUNG... bad experience and unreliable customer service.

They are all liar... no one respond to my problem directly...

This is a true story, I have all work order no. from their unreliable NORTH WEST service agent...TRANSGLOBAL... such a world worst service agent... wonder why Samsung still contract with them.

Don't even try to buy the model: RB195ZA,

I being the fool, please you are not the next one.

This is my true story... my report can be found under their conversation record 4002158368... This is not the latest one, because the last call, they promise will follow up from email but nothing come up.

Wish no more being a fool customer anymore...

This was the last Samsung product I will ever purchase
I own a Samsung refrigerator and its compressor packed up 1 month to the day after the warranty expired. I attempted to get some help from Samsung but they are not interested in even listening to me.

I feel they can at least offer to pay for the compressor and I will pay the labour for the repair that was quoted at $700.00(including compressor)

As long as one buys a product from a manufacturer they do not care what happens afterwards. What can we as consumers do to get better service from manufactures that needs us to buy their products.

This was the last Samsung product I will ever purchase.
