battery probsss
Basically am a samsung mobile user... i like the options,process speed etc., etc., still i want to avoid the mobile..coz of the battery prob.. wat to for this.. any samsung mobiles have greater stand by time.... pls inform me.........

Did not honor contract!
I purchased a 52 inch tv. I paid $300.00 to have it hung and set up the day of delivery. It was not and i called the store and was told it would be a couple more days. I had my old tv removed from the house expecting my new tv delivered and hooked up. I am now without a tv for now. I was disappointed that sears did not honor its contract.

Mobile misplace

Worse hard disk
hdd crashed 4 times. Every replaced hdd was undetectable. I wanted to backup my data for that i unpluged it and intalled on my brother's pc. It burned with smoke. 2 hdd gone the same way whereas western digital hdd worked in same conditions. Dealer's adviced me to buy seagate but i was stupid...

Unreasonable repair demands
Our icemaker stopped worked in our brand new refrigerator. There aren't any repair techs in our area because Samsung refuses to pay enough. Their idea of a resolution? Cut the cord on the refrigerator, send it to them (so that our refrigerator isn't working) and maybe 2-4 weeks later we will get a check to replace our refrigerator. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. They don't care about us as customers at all.

Poor service!
My 42" DLP projection set has been sitting at my repairman's shop for almost two months now. They have been waiting on a color wheel that is still on back order. This is the second time this set has let me down. It was just over a year old the first time and just over two this time. I have E-mailed them at least three times now (what a surprise, no response) and am about fed up. You would think by paying that kind of money on a television you would get better service than this. Samung sucks! This will be the last Samsung product that I ever buy!

Poor quality product!
On september 7th 2007 i sent my 40 inch lcd tv off for repair. I followed there rules, and it has been 2 weeks, and the people repairing my tv still has not received it. I live about 2 hours from where it was to be repaired at. I tried to contact samsung 5 times, and was on hold for 45 mins. Still no answer. I purchased this tv 9 months ago, and the picture has already gone out. I would not recommend anyone to buy a samsung tv!
