dear sir,
we had purchased samsung refrigerator and it had been more then 3 years or may be less we have been complaining for last 30 days and since then no action has been taken place. i am not satisfied with the appliance and with the service now i feel like putting a consumer court case on samsung because i am not getting the response.

please see either my complaint should be rectified or the appliance should be replaced if manufacturing defect.
and one thing more who so ever is purchasing samsung is having problems from day one wheather it is mobile phone, microwave oven, television, lcd, music systems or any other thing.

if there is someone responsible and take decision for the appliances which should work for years which customer is purchasing then its ok otherwise discontinue this company and products from indian market atleast.
