dear sir, we had purchased samsung refrigerator and it had been more then 3 years or may be less we have been complaining for last 30 days and since then no action has been taken place. i am not satisfied with the appliance and with the service now i feel like putting a consumer court case on samsung because i am not getting the response. please see either my complaint should be rectified or the appliance should be replaced if manufacturing defect. and one thing more who so ever is purchasing samsung is having problems from day one... read full review »
