Beware of incompetent school administrators Superintendant Kelt Cooper, and sidekick, Assistant Superintendant DeputyOrozco. They have violated school policy. A formal complaint is being filed with the Texas Education Agency (TEA). I have sent letter after letter to these individuals. They do not answer any of them. I was concerned about events in my sons school. I had some questions, and complaints. These cowards would not answer my questions. With their loner like personalities, they would serve a better purpose herding goats in a pasture. That way they wouldn't need to answer anyones questions. And the taxpayers of Del Rio could save over $200, 000 a year. Any Ranchers in the Del Rio area need a couple hot shot goat herders?
