Beware of incompetent school administrators Superintendant Kelt Cooper, and sidekick, Assistant Superintendant DeputyOrozco. They have violated school policy. A formal complaint is being filed with the Texas Education Agency (TEA). I have sent letter after letter to these individuals. They do not answer any of them. I was concerned about events in my sons school. I had some questions, and complaints. These cowards would not answer my questions.
