I sent many emails to SavingDirect.net about a DOA USB Flash Drive. They only responded 1 time out of about 10 emails and they simply asked me to format the USB. The device is defective.

I responded that formatting did not work on 3 different computers and then never responded again. There is no telephone number to contact, no email response... I have contacted the BBB.org and filed a complaint.

The product was mailed directly from Hong Kong and appears to be a Fake. Meaning that the drive appears to be the 64 gigabytes, but when you use it... it only shows about 20% of the full capacity. Corruption results every time it is used.
