I sent many emails to SavingDirect.net about a DOA USB Flash Drive. They only responded 1 time out of about 10 emails and they simply asked me to format the USB. The device is defective. I responded that formatting did not work on 3 different computers and then never responded again. There is no telephone number to contact, no email response...
