Ordered 4 bottles of Fendi Perfume. Received Coco Chanel. Contacted them immediately, they said mail it back to receive full refund plus the cost of shipping it back. I have emailed them 3 times to let them know it had been shipped and to follow up to see if they received it yet with no response. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
