We brought our Subaru Legacy in for multiple repairs ONLY for the AC not working, which was never fixed, but just got charged for no reason for changing an O-Ring + initial service charge each time, it costs 500.00 for every time.

Again, we brought in our car. This time they said they'll charge us 950.00 only for the parts and again, they'll charge us whatever initial cost which will expect to cost about 1500 in total for whatever charge they want to put.

We didn't want them to play around with us anymore, so we tried to pull the car away from the service center. They didn't give us our key back, instead they charged us for total inspection which we never asked = 120.00.

We paid, so that we could get our car out of that damm place, and got it to be serviced in a local service shop.

Today, we picked our car up. The service person said that nothing was wrong. And of course, NO CHARGE because no service was done.

I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO THIS LOCAL SHOP, AND WILL NEVER EVER GO TO SCHAUMBURG SUBARU ANYMORE FOR SERVICE AND WILL NEVER BUY SUBARU CARS.
