We brought our Subaru Legacy in for multiple repairs ONLY for the AC not working, which was never fixed, but just got charged for no reason for changing an O-Ring + initial service charge each time, it costs 500.00 for every time. Again, we brought in our car. This time they said they'll charge us 950.00 only for the parts and again, they'll charge us whatever initial cost which will expect to cost about 1500 in total for whatever charge they want to put. I just want to warm other consumers so that you'll not be ripped off like us. Out Subaru car had a bad AC. It was supposed to be fixed initially when it got first repaired about a year ago. We went there back and forth three (3) times, and yesterday was our forth. For the first three times, we paid about 500.00 each time total of 1500.00. What was the repair? Our Subaru Legacy had an AC problem. We brought it in for a repair initially, I think about an year ago. (We do not drive that car that much, only a several times a year.) We brought it to the service and they said that they got it fixed. Well, It was not hot summer, so they only put the fan on and some cold air was coming out and they said that it was fixed.
