I immediately requested my membership cancellation and demanded a refund. The woman I talked to said that she sent a request and will here from them again in the next one to two business days about a refund. From the reviews I've read here, I doubt that a refund is possible. The bottom line, I was scammed by not reading the fine print due to their attractive one dollar credit report offer. Yet and still, I beg someone to please burn this company to the ground. OTL ScoreSense Paid out a dollare to find credit scores and we are now being billed an additional $29.95 for no reason.

Destroy this Company
Never in my life have I been taken for a sucker. I was looking for a free credit score website. I Googled the topic and Scoresense.com was the first site in the list that popped up. So I checked them out. I immediately saw "$1.00 Credit Score" advertised on the site. I figured "It's just a dollar", I won't miss it. So I signed up for the dollar credit report. Little did I know that a week later, 29.95 would go missing from my bank straight to them. I called customer service. Apparently, when you sign up for the trial, you are automatically enrolled as a member and after seven days, you're charged for the first month of service. I was beyond enraged. I immediately requested my membership cancellation and demanded a refund. Unauthorized charges
When I paid my credit card bill, I noticed a $29.95 charge to Scoresense. I called and was asked if I had checked my credit score on May 31 2011 -- I did not. I was out of town on May 31 and no one had access to my computer and no one had any reason whatsoever to be checking my credit score as I have not applied for credit or anything else. The email address the company had was not my current address, but one I used 10+ years ago. This company is nothing but a scam to get $29.95 per month out of people until they discover the error. No one needs to have their credit report "monitored" at a cost of $29.95 per month. Beware of this company and others like it!

they said they would give a credit score for a dollar and then about two weeks later charged my account $29.

money taken from my account on day 7.
I signed up with Scoresense on 6/22/2011 and gave permission for them to debit my account
for a $1.00 fee. On 6/29/2011 I called them to cancel my membership and found that a fee of
$29.95 had already been debited from my account. I told the customer care representative that
I was cancelling in the one week time-frame, and he said he would take it to the administrative
people of the company. I received an email today saying my request had been denied.

Unauthorized fee charged account
I entered information online to obtain a "Free Credit Score" from the company ScoreSense...now there is a $29.95 charge pending on my bank account without my authorization - OR any indication that there would be such a fee when dealing with ScoreSense. I will dispute this charge!!! And vigorously. I hate getting scammed online - and something HAS to be done about such companies.
Watch out - ScoreSense is a scam for free credit score.

taking money from my acct
i was scrolling thru my bank statement i noticed where scoresense held out 29.99 i had tried them last year for the free trial i never got an answer when i tried to check my credit so i cancelled it they charged me for several months i called and cancelled again it stopped til now i have been calling for the last 2 wks and they are rude as hell still not given my money back

unauthorized deduction from my account
I did not authorize scoresense or any other company to deduct any monies from my account. I am on a fixed income and can not afford for this type of fradulant behavior to happen to me. Please reverse the charges back into my account.
