I immediately requested my membership cancellation and demanded a refund. The woman I talked to said that she sent a request and will here from them again in the next one to two business days about a refund. From the reviews I've read here, I doubt that a refund is possible. The bottom line, I was scammed by not reading the fine print due to their attractive one dollar credit report offer. Yet and still, I beg someone to please burn this company to the ground.
