I ordered 212.+ dollars in dies from the company. Recieved the email stating my whole order. The total amount was taken from my bank account. I then asked where are the items, they sent a generic email listing items and only that they had shipped. I asked for a tracking number, same email sent to me again with no tracking number. There is NO phone number for this company, it is unlisted I think? After yet another request for a tracking number and recieving the SAME email I then filed a paypal complaint after seeing on the last email that they are only charging me for a partial order after having taken my original 212.+ from my account. At the paypal resolution center I filed a complaint. They suggest an email to the person/co. I want a full refund. They want to only refund me 86.+ with only 2-3(so angry I can't remember) dies. I then said no - I want a full refund. And this is day 2 with no response from them. I then escalated the claim. I am so angry with this company. Just give me my money back!
