Placed a large order and the company only shipped half of the order. After several emails I was credited for the items not received. Requested a RMA and it took over a week to receive the RMA. Wanted to add a item to the return and now I am told I only had 30 days from the date the order was received to return the item. The customer service and communication with this company is exteremly poor. read full review »
