We are a computer company and bought an LCD from them that arrived DOA (defective).
They asked us a for a technical detail of the problem and for pictures of the LCD. We sent those promtply and they assured us they will resolve the problem fast. A few days passed without any action. We insisted and we received an email that seemed to be a joke. They wanted pictures of the whole process of installing and testing their LCD. They also wanted pictures of the same notebook with a different LCD working fine. They also asked for pictures of all the members of the testing team. I don't know where these freaks are coming from but that was totally insane. We disputed the charges and we got our money back. Their warranty consists of giving people the round around until they get tired and gave up. They sell cheap products from China.
WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN!
