We are a computer company and bought an LCD from them that arrived DOA (defective). They asked us a for a technical detail of the problem and for pictures of the LCD. We sent those promtply and they assured us they will resolve the problem fast. A few days passed without any action. We insisted and we received an email that seemed to be a joke.
