Acai berry product was received for a 30-day free trial. One day after the end of the 30-day period, I called to cancel any further orders and charges. Sometime later, I received a shipment and subsequent charge to my credit card. Since there was a different name on the product, I did not recognize it. A month went by with another charge to my credit card. I called the company to complain and ended up talking to someone supposedly in management. This person refused to accept my earlier cancellation, stating that my contract was still in force. It was cancelled at that point, however the person refused to issue any refunds to my credit card. I feel the company owes me 2 times $86.42.
