Acai berry product was received for a 30-day free trial. One day after the end of the 30-day period, I called to cancel any further orders and charges. Sometime later, I received a shipment and subsequent charge to my credit card. Since there was a different name on the product, I did not recognize it. A month went by with another charge to my credit card. I called the company to complain and ended up talking to someone supposedly in management.
