I purchased a Matag compact washer and dryer approx 1.5 yrs ago and have had continuous problems with the dryer ever since. The digital timer jumps around and the normal cycle ends with wet clothes. Under the Protection Agreement Sears repair has been out five times only to say its repaired but days later its the same old wet clothes. Now they admit they are not sure whats wrong and keep replacing parts to no avail. They keep asking for "another chance" but at what point is enough really enought? I will need to call again for the sixth time and have to wait all day for a repaire technician to arrive. This issue may not meet Sears definition of a "lemon" but I have a problem thatjust isn't getting resolved. What can a helpless sennior citizen due. I purchased a Sears PA for "protection" not rejection!
