I purchased a Matag compact washer and dryer approx 1.5 yrs ago and have had continuous problems with the dryer ever since. The digital timer jumps around and the normal cycle ends with wet clothes. Under the Protection Agreement Sears repair has been out five times only to say its repaired but days later its the same old wet clothes. Now they admit they are not sure whats wrong and keep replacing parts to no avail. They keep asking for "another chance" but at what point is enough really enought?
