Horrible service!!! I spent half a day, waiting for the service tech. to come. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks earlier to have my refrigerator serviced. They never showed up! They were to come between 1-5pm. I called at 3pm to verify that they were still coming and the customer service rep. said, "yes." I called again, 20 minutes past 5pm to verify once again. The customer service again said, "yes." Minutes later, the service tech. called and said that they were just informed about the job and that they wouldn't be able to make it. I missed half a day of work to sit around and wait. I was thinking of purchasing extended warranty on my refrigerator, but after this experience that won't be happening. The service sucks!
