Horrible service!!! I spent half a day, waiting for the service tech. to come. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks earlier to have my refrigerator serviced. They never showed up! They were to come between 1-5pm. I called at 3pm to verify that they were still coming and the customer service rep. said, "yes." I called again, 20 minutes past 5pm to verify once again.
