The refrigerator we purchased was delivered with more damage than was present when we purchased it. Upon delivery, the invoice had been falsified to make it look like we signed for it in that condition. The delivery person had us talk to his manager (on the phone) who assured us that the damaged handle would be replaced within a few days and that the store would make amends for the extra damage. Fully two weeks later and the situation is not resolved and we do not have the replacement handle. Unless Sears can take care of this within the next few days, we'll have to send back the refrigerator for a full refund and take legal action for having had our purchase invoice falsified after we signed and had our copy. A friend recommended the Sears Scratch and Dent Warehouse, but I will never shop there again.
