The refrigerator we purchased was delivered with more damage than was present when we purchased it. Upon delivery, the invoice had been falsified to make it look like we signed for it in that condition. The delivery person had us talk to his manager (on the phone) who assured us that the damaged handle would be replaced within a few days and that the store would make amends for the extra damage.
