I ordered a rear seat cover for my 2011 Subaru Outback. The seat cover I received would no way fit the car. I sent them an email and received no reply. I called and was told he needed to go to a Subaru dealership to measure the seat and someone would call me back. No call came. I called again for status and was told I would receive a call in two days. Again no return call. I called to ask to return the item and was told that if I returned the item I would be charged a restocking fee but the person wouldn't tell me how much the restocking fee would be and he then hung up on me. I'm returning the seat cover with return receipt request and am trying to get the charges reversed on my credit card. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
