I ordered a rear seat cover for my 2011 Subaru Outback. The seat cover I received would no way fit the car. I sent them an email and received no reply. I called and was told he needed to go to a Subaru dealership to measure the seat and someone would call me back. No call came. I called again for status and was told I would receive a call in two days. Again no return call. I called to ask to return the item and was told that if I returned the item I would be charged a restocking fee but the person wouldn't tell me how much the restocking... read full review »
