I too was scammed but instead decided to scam back. I recieve the two free mugs as well as a two dollar charge. Three days later I recieved a duplicate charge for 79 dollars thats a whopping 158 dollars. I was thinking this must be some good coffee but never tried it. I immediatelycancelled my card so no more damage could be done and proceeded to call the company at 1-888-217-2233. I fabricated this story about how my husband was at work and called me irate about the bank being overdrafted and now the utility bill wasn't gonna be paid on time and I have three kids...I threw in some tears and didn't even give the woman a chance to talk. She felt so sorry for me she faxed a letter to my bank saying they accidentally charged my account and they refunded the money within two days. They gave me no hassle and I waited on the phone until she sent the e-mail to my account saying they were refunding my money. I hope this post helps someone get thier money back if just one person it did it's job. This company needs to be shut down. What a rip off
