I bought some roman blinds online with www.selectblinds.com

The product was poorly cut and I dont know how it made it out of the factory like that. I had paid over 350 dollars for just one blind. I called back in November of 09 to complain. They asked me to send pictures of the defect so they could take "Quick action on the matter since I had paid so much for the blind "

It is already over one month since I called and they just told me the pictures I sent them did not get through to the manufacturer. Could they not pick up the phone to follow up on this..of course not that would be too smart. Do not work with these people they like to give you the run around and waste your time.
