I bought some roman blinds online with www.selectblinds.com The product was poorly cut and I dont know how it made it out of the factory like that. I had paid over 350 dollars for just one blind. I called back in November of 09 to complain. They asked me to send pictures of the defect so they could take "Quick action on the matter since I had paid so much for the blind " It is already over one month since I called and they just told me the pictures I sent them did not get through to the manufacturer.
