I have had this "insurance' since 2/09 and thankfully I am healthy and haven't needed to use it much. The few times I have provided the card, the person behind the counter has said "I have never heard of this" and I have paid %100 out of pocket.

The sole reason I have this "insurance" is to satisfy the ridiculous MA mandatory insurance law; I have previously paid the maximum tax penalty due to job loss and improperly filed paperwork... = Tax Whack!! Love this frickin state!

This insurance is a hoax and I expect that MA will levy another Tax Whack on me despite the phone reps absolute assurance that it will satisfy the legal requirement. That part of the story is TBC...(to be continued)

Don't fall for this sham... stay away from ATA First or whatever name they are using today.. they're website is non-existant and the phone number is never answered, NEVER. I have called MANY times and never recieved a single response.

I have real insurance now and wanted to share to hopefully help someone else from making the same mistake!
