I have had this "insurance' since 2/09 and thankfully I am healthy and haven't needed to use it much. The few times I have provided the card, the person behind the counter has said "I have never heard of this" and I have paid %100 out of pocket. The sole reason I have this "insurance" is to satisfy the ridiculous MA mandatory insurance law; I have previously paid the maximum tax penalty due to job loss and improperly filed paperwork... = Tax Whack!!
