I ordered their web hosting over a year ago when they were under a different system. I signed up with their new system once the old expired. One day my websites were suspended. I logged in and it said I did not pay my bill, yet I ordered the yearly package only a month before. I inquired and they told me that the first 21 days were a trial and I did not check to see if my paypal was actually debited or not and trusted them so I paid for another year so that my site would be back up again. A month later, my website was receiving php errors because they migrated the weekend before to a different system. Their support is very slow and I wanted to switch web hosts. I looked back at the original subscription that they said did not go through but it did! They charged me $89.50 for nothing, and their response was that the transaction was just a verification, yet I looked at my paypal balance history and it was taken out for good. Paypal does not even have a verification payment feature. My website was conveniently screwed up by their staff less than a month after the second payment I made to them. They will not refund this second payment quoting their tos that refunds cannot be made after 21 days. Serversanddomains now has taken $179.00 from me.
