I ordered their web hosting over a year ago when they were under a different system. I signed up with their new system once the old expired. One day my websites were suspended. I logged in and it said I did not pay my bill, yet I ordered the yearly package only a month before. I inquired and they told me that the first 21 days were a trial and I did not check to see if my paypal was actually debited or not and trusted them so I paid for another year so that my site would be back up again.
