I have had a service policy with Service Care ( South Carolina Electric & Gas is the parent company ) for several years and every time something breaks they find some reason not to fix it. They say the parts are too expensive or the appliance is too old ect...

It is always a struggle to get them to fix anything . When they do agree to repair something they take forever ! We were without a washing machine for 3 WEEKS because they refused to fix it then when I insisted they ordered the wrong part.

My advise is to find a good contractor and use the money you would have spent on the insurance with Service Care to pay them. You will come out ahead and save yourself a LOT of grief !!
