I have had a service policy with Service Care ( South Carolina Electric & Gas is the parent company ) for several years and every time something breaks they find some reason not to fix it. They say the parts are too expensive or the appliance is too old ect... It is always a struggle to get them to fix anything . When they do agree to repair something they take forever !
