So far, this product does absorb moisture very well: However, in order to re-use the ShamWow right away (I have been told not to put it in the clothes dryer), I have to wait until it dries naturally. My complaint is: This product came without any washing or drying instructions: Over TV, the ad shows you that the product can be washed in a machine - nowhere, does ShamWow mention how to dry their product!!! I cannot find a phone number in order for the company to answer my question - Please put instructions with your product.

The product Shamwow is a total sham! The product just smears the water around and barley asorbs anything at all. Most paper towels work better than this product, heck an old t-shirt even works better than this product.
Shamwow leaves residue behind, smear marks and has an absorbancy level I would compare to felt. It is a total worthless product and the TV comercials are a not only a misrepresentation but a complete scam, no (SHAM)!

Also, they charge you $8.00 s/h on a $19.00 package of felt then turn around and charge you another $8.00 to return it so in the end you are out $16.00 anyway, that is if they actually send you a refund. "RIGHT"!

I emplore everyone out there, if you want a real sham cloth, go to your local automotive store or Wal-Mart and buy the real deal. Do not let lease crooks have your money!!!
