Shamwow TV ad claims 10 year warranty. Product came with warranty card that stated 90 days warranty. Card gave website www.warrantyforms.com for registration of warranty. Site is not valid. This company as stated on Shamwow 8x10 flyer and warranty card as part of Value Quest and Fitness Quest which had a recalled exercise device made in China that caused injury to people. Warranty asks for order # and serial # of product. How do you find this on the towels? Also the warranty card says only 90 days, yet TV ads state 10 years. Deceipt in advertising. read full review »
