Cheapoair has the worst customer service agents ever. No one speaks correct english or understand the basic knowledge of taking a reservation. They over charged me for booking the reservation in the amount of $1360.20, which it shold have been $864.80. I've called multiple times and no one answers. I have to file a police report and file out a fraud report with my bank and all 3 credit bureaus. Thank God my bank is handling this issue and is going after Cheapoair on behalf of me. My bank will guarantee my money back in full. I had to close my account, get new checks and bank cards. What a mess? I'm surpised that this company still exsist will all the multiple fraud alerts, scams and issues in general. I learned a valuable lesson.
