Cheapoair has the worst customer service agents ever. No one speaks correct english or understand the basic knowledge of taking a reservation. They over charged me for booking the reservation in the amount of $1360.20, which it shold have been $864.80. I've called multiple times and no one answers. I have to file a police report and file out a fraud report with my bank and all 3 credit bureaus. Thank God my bank is handling this issue and is going after Cheapoair on behalf of me.
