The store started calling the day after we were late, we have been late before and always paid including late fees. The store account manager Matthew has called 5 days in a row at 5am, waking 5 children up in the process, not to mention my husband who has to get up for work. They continuously throughout the day, at least 5 times between my house phone and my cell phone. I cannot believe their customer service could possibly be this poor as to call at 5am and act like its funny, this makes me sick, having bought other things from this company I will NEVER buy from them again and will recommend them to NO ONE. Even complaints to the corporate offices have been ignored.
