The store started calling the day after we were late, we have been late before and always paid including late fees. The store account manager Matthew has called 5 days in a row at 5am, waking 5 children up in the process, not to mention my husband who has to get up for work. They continuously throughout the day, at least 5 times between my house phone and my cell phone.
