Wesley Stewart of the Sidelines Club, Allstat Athletes and Urbansurf4kids held an EBay auction for the use of a two-bedroom condo in Key West on which I was the high bidder. The short story is that after taking my $729 he never followed through with the condo and has refused to refund my money. His "charitable organizations" which are supposedly the benificiaries of these auctions are in California, I live in Rhode Island which makes chasing him down very difficult. I have documentation to support my claims, have reported this to the internet crimes division of the FBI (no results so far) and EBay says there's nothing they can do because it was over 60 days ago.
